I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Khoo for her skilled and compassionate care during the delivery of my son. In a situation that could have quickly become complicated, Dr. Khoo’s experience and decisiveness made all the difference. She expertly used vacuum assistance during delivery—something that, in many similar cases I’ve read about, often results in an emergency C-section. Thanks to her judgment and steady hands, I was able to have a smooth vaginal delivery and a safe birth experience. Dr. Khoo remained calm, confident, and reassuring throughout, which gave me a great sense of trust and peace during labor. I truly believe things could have turned out very differently if not for her expertise. I’m so thankful she was there to guide us through such a pivotal moment. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Dr. Khoo as our OB. She genuinely cares for her patients—not just physically, but emotionally as well. Our baby arrived several weeks earlier than expected, and we’re so grateful to Dr. Khoo for her expert decisions and compassionate support throughout the experience! The night I started bleeding, Dr. Khoo stayed in close contact, guiding me step by step through messages to ensure I was okay and taking the right actions. At the same time (it was very late in the night), she seamlessly coordinated with the hospital, sharing my medical history and making sure everything was ready in case labor began. Dr. Khoo is experienced, professional, empathetic, and exceptionally responsive. I felt fully supported throughout my pregnancy, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. I've been a patient here for years and can confidently say the quality of care is superb. While the wait can be long due to the high volume of patients, it's well worth it. Dr. Khoo has consistently addressed all my concerns with exceptional attention and care. I appreciate that she sometimes personally answers the phone, providing a direct opportunity to speak with her. Dr Khoo is soft spoken and knowledgeable. During our entire journey with Dr Khoo, we did not feel any concerns or missing any information! She would clarify all the questions and concerns you might have, and very clear and articulated response! We like the precise and consistent response from Dr Khoo every time we visit. I highly recommend not hesitate and ask any questions or concerns you might have! Since there are more people always in the clinic, I recommend calling the front desk before you visit as you might end up waiting little longer than your appointment time! Overall all, it was soft journey without any hiccups and clear instructions on what to expect when! She was always available when needed and she was there with us during the labor and made sure we are well taken care. I really like Dr. Khoo. There are a couple times that some issues happened with both me and my husband’s issuance eligibility, Dr. Khoo is always there for us and help to solve the problem if she can. Last year I went to ER with pain on my tummy. After exam the result shows I have ectopic pregnancy. We were devastated until we met Dr. Khoo with big smile on her face, she was very calm and positive. She explained the surgery patiently. I had surgery at the same day and result was awesome. I was sent to the ER right away as my vitals were alarming for the condition I was in. This is my 2nd baby I’m having under Dr.Khoo’s care. I’m older now than with my 1st 4 sons and she is on top of everything I should be doing for a successful pregnancy and delivery. My 1st delivery with Dr. Khoo was easier than expected and she made me feel safe and informed. Now with my 2nd with her I’m approaching labor and she called my personal phone at 10pm to check on me!! Dr.Khoo is an amazing Doctor. I recently delivered my daughter with her as my OB/GYN and had the best possible experience. With this second pregnancy,  being a little older comes with certain complications. Dr.Khoo guided me correctly along the way and did not take anything lightly, that's what you need from your Doctor , to not be overly optimistic. She is kind , passionate and takes the time to listen to you. Even when you call her out-of-hours for any urgent questions , she takes the time to return calls and sort out any issues. I am with Dr Maureen Khoo more than 10 years. I always refer her to my friends. More than words I can say that She is Professional, kind , passion and important she always support anytime I need her, answer me all questions . Dr. Khoo has been my doctor for more than 10 years and I couldn't  be happier with her medical knowledge and professionalism.  In addition, she goes an extra mile to take care of my medical needs.  Last February 2020, I developed an UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)  in the middle of the night and she was  able to send an electronic RX to my pharmacy.  Thanks to her, she saved me a trip to the Urgent care in the middle of a very cold night, not to mention also spared me from waiting for a long time to be seen by an Urgent care doctor! Thank you Dr. Khoo! I  am so lucky to have you  as my doctor! Once again, Dr. Khoo has proven to be a hardworking and caring physician.  On Friday, Oct 30, 2020 around 9 pm, she texted me with the results of my pap smear and she wanted me to take medications as soon as possible to take care of my medical condition.   Thank you Dr. Khoo for always going over and beyond the call of duty!
